We currently use the GRWS Web Service developed by the NASA REASoN project. For information, see http://reason.scign.org/scignDataPortal/grwsSummary.jsp. The client jars for this service are available from the Maven 2 repository http://sopac.ucsd.edu/repositories/maven2/SOPAC/. This is also available by FTP from ftp://geopub.ucsd.edu/pub/public/jamason/grws/.
